Instructions
  1. For preparing chilly fish masala, first grind together tomato and green chillies to a fine paste and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and saute crushed garlic, coriander powder and turmeric powder in low flame.
  3. When a frying smell comes, add the ground tomato mixture and fry well.
  4. Add the fish pieces and required salt. Cook in very low flame without crushing the fish pieces. Add little hot water if water has dried up.
  5. When the gravy has acquired a thick consistency and the fish pieces are done, remove the vessel from fire.
  6. Chilly fish masala, a yummy nutritious dish, is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
