Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix a pinch of salt, cornflour and chilli powder with little water.
  2. Dip the idly pieces in it and fry crispy in oil. Keep aside.
  3. In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and heat it.4) Add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and onion.5) Add green chillies, pepper, ajino moto and fry for 2 minutes. 6) Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and food color.
  4. Add 2 tbsp of water and mix it.8) Add the fried idlies and mix well.
  5. Serve hot with coriander leaves.
