Instructions
  1. Slice the onions lengthwise.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Saute red chillies.
  4. Add the onions and saute until it turns brown.
  5. Add tamarind also if it is used instead of vinegar.
  6. Grind the fried onions and red chillies in a mixer.
  7. Add salt to taste.
  8. :- Serve with dosa or idli.... n enjoy...
  9. ***Note - *Vinegar can be replaced by tamarind (Valan puli). Use it in the size of a gooseberry (Nellikka) and fry it along with the onions.
