  • Corn flour : 2 tsp -
  • Pepper powder : 1 tsp -
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Enough water : to make batter -
  • Other ingredients : -
  • Capsicum chopped : 1 no -
  • Onion (chopped) : 1 no -
  • Soya sauce : 1 tsp -
  • Chilli sauce : 1 tsp -
  • Tomato ketchup : 1 tsp -
  • Chopped coriander : for garnish -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Oil for frying -

Instructions
  1. Make a thick batter of corn flour with salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste.

  4. The batter consistency should be enough to coat to the paneer smoothly.

  6. Deep fry the paneer cubes,drain in paper towel.
  7. Enter Step
  8. Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic and green chilli, stir for few minutes.
  9. Add cubed onion fry till transparent.
  10. Then add capsicum . Stir in high flame for few seconds.
  11. Reduce the flame and add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and salt and mix well.
  12. Add fried paneer cubes, Mix well.

  14. Serving into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
