Ingredients
  

For marinate :

  • Paneer : 1 cup
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder : 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste :1 tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Enough water : to make batter
  • Other ingredients :
  • Capsicum chopped : 1 no
  • Onion chopped : 1 no
  • Soya sauce : 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce : 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup : 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander : for garnish
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : for frying

Instructions
 

  • Make a thick batter of corn flour with salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste.

  • The batter consistency should be enough to coat to the paneer smoothly.
  • Enter Step
  • Deep fry the paneer cubes,drain in paper towel.
  • Enter Step
  • Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic and green chilli, stir for few minutes.
  • Add cubed onion fry till transparent.
  • Then add capsicum . Stir in high flame for few seconds.
  • Reduce the flame and add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and salt and mix well.
  • Add fried paneer cubes, Mix well.

  • Serving into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
