Onion

Green chillies

Capsicum
Salt
As reqd

tsp
Pepper
Sugar
A pinch

tbsp
Soya Sauce
Ajinomoto
A pinch
1
tsp
Garlic
1
tsp
Ginger
1
tbsp
Spring onion
Oil
for deep frying
For batter:
2
tbsp
Allpurpose flour
Maida
2
tbsp
Corn flour
1
no
Egg
Salt
As reqd
Pepper
A pinch
Sugar
As reqd
Ajinomoto
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the batter.
Dip the cleaned prawn in it and deep fry it in
oil
.
When it turns to reddish brown, drain and remove.
Heat a little
oil
in a pan.
Add chopped
garlic
and when it turns golden brown, add chopped
ginger
, green chilly, onions and
capsicum
one by one and toss them well.
Add the fried prawn to this along with
salt
, pinch of
sugar
,
pepper powder
, ajinomoto, soya sauce and toss it well by adding little
water
.
When half cooked, add the spring onions and mix well.
:- Serve hot.
