Chilly Prawn Chinese style prawn 1 cup Prawn1 no Onion4 nos Green chillies1 no CapsicumSalt (As reqd)1 tsp PepperSugar (A pinch)1 tbsp Soya SauceAjinomoto (A pinch)1 tsp Garlic1 tsp Ginger1 tbsp Spring onionOil for deep fryingFor batter: 2 tbsp Allpurpose flour (Maida)2 tbsp Corn flour1 no EggSalt (As reqd)Pepper (A pinch)Sugar (As reqd)Ajinomoto Mix all the ingredients for the batter. Dip the cleaned prawn in it and deep fry it in oil. When it turns to reddish brown, drain and remove.Heat a little oil in a pan.Add chopped garlic and when it turns golden brown, add chopped ginger, green chilly, onions and capsicum one by one and toss them well. Add the fried prawn to this along with salt, pinch of sugar, pepper powder, ajinomoto, soya sauce and toss it well by adding little water.
