purchase the old taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ). and boil in the pressure cooker by adding salt and water and allow for 2 whistles and peel the skin
chop into small pieces
in bowl add taro root, salt red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, sabji masala, pepper, curd, gingergarlic paste, lime juice, maida, rice flour, corn flour and mix well by adding little water
in a pan heat the oil and add taro root ( cheppan kizhangu ) and fry it
once it become golden brown and crispy, add chopped capsicum and saute it
