Instructions
  1. Cook the beef slices adding vinegar, half cup water and salt.
  2. Drain the beef slices and cut into desired shapes. Keep the stock side.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, capsicum, onion and cooked beef. Fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce, pepper powder, and beef stock. Bring to boil.
  5. Mix corn flour in a tsp of water and pour into the boiling mixture.
  6. Remove from the fire when the gravy thickens.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
