Chinese Cabbage Fry

Chinese
cabbage
chopped
2
cloves
Garlic
mashed
2
tsp
Soya sauce
1/2
tsp
Sugar
1
tsp
All purpose flour
Maida
Instructions
For preparing chinese
cabbage
fry, heat
oil
in pan, saute
garlic
for few minutes.
Add
cabbage
and cook for few minutes.
Add soya sauce, flour,
water
and make it a paste form.
Add
sugar
and convert it to another pan and fry again.
Chinese
cabbage
fry is ready.
