  • Chicken – 1/2kg
  • Fresh corn – 1cup
  • Corn flour – 3tbsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste – 1 tsp) –
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2tsp
  • Soya Sauce – 2tsp
  • Vinegar – 1tbsp
  • Egg 1no
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. Put the chicken in a pressure cooker along with ginger garlic paste, a little salt, black pepper powder and 3 cups of water.
  2. Pressure cook for 20 mins on a medium heat.
  3. Remove all the bones and make small pieces of the chicken.
  4. Put the remaining water and the chicken pieces and corn in a pot and cook it at medium heat and stir occasionally.
  5. Take a cup and mix the corn flour in 1 cup of water to make a thick liquid and add it to the chicken and corn. Stir while mixing.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cook at a high heat and mix salt if needed.
  8. Break the egg in a swifter and puor it in the soup slowly and cook for about 15 mins.
  9. :- Serve hot with soy sauce and hot sauce on the side.
