  • Basmati rice - 2 cups
  • Shredded Chicken - 1 cup
  • Eggs(beaten) - 2 nos
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt(optional) - 1 pinch
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Onion(finely chopped, small) - 1 no
  • Capsicum(finely chopped, medium) - 1 no
  • Fresh green peas(boiled) - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Cook the rice along with salt and a tsp of oil. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add onion and fry, till it becomes soft.
  4. Add eggs and scramble well.
  5. Add chicken and saute for few secs.
  6. Add capsicum and green peas and saute for a min.
  7. Add rice, salt, a pinch of chinese salt and pepper powder and toss nicely.
  8. :- Serve hot with Chilly chicken or any spicy dish.
