  • Celery(chopped) - 3 nos
  • green chilli(chopped) - 1 no
  • Onion(cut in square ) - 1 no
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Egg - 1 no
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbap
  • Chilli color(a small pinch) -
  • Oil and salt(as reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Wash the chicken pieces and boil it with water, pepper powder and salt.
  2. Seperate chicken pieces and water(chicken stock).
  3. Then in a bowl take egg, 2 tbsp of corn flour, chilli color and chicken pieces.
  4. Then mix well and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
  6. Take the chicken in a paper to remove the excess oil.
  7. Heat another pan and fry ginger paste,garlic paste,green chilli.
  8. Then add chopped onion, celery in it and cook well. :- No need to get fry.
  9. Add tomato sauce,soy sauce, chiili sauce and 1 tbsp corn flour.
  10. Add chicken stock and fried chicken in it and cook unlit water dries. :- You can add more chilli powder to make it hot.
  11. :- Serve it with chapatti, parotta, fried rice.
