Chicken breasts
cut in to small pieces

Celery
chopped

Green chilli
chopped
1

Onion
cut in square
3
tbsp
Corn flour
1
no
Egg
1/2
tsp
Pepper powder
1
tsp
Ginger
paste
1
tsp
Garlic
paste
1
tbsp
Soy sauce
1
tbsp
Chilli sauce
1
tbap
Tomato
sauce
Chilli color
a small pinch
Oil
and
salt
as reqd
Instructions
Wash the chicken pieces and boil it with
water
,
pepper powder
and
salt
.
Seperate chicken pieces and
water
(chicken stock).
Then in a bowl take
egg
, 2 tbsp of corn flour, chilli color and chicken pieces.
Then mix well and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
Heat
oil
in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
Take the chicken in a paper to remove the excess
oil
.
Heat another pan and fry
ginger
paste,
garlic
paste,green chilli.
Then add chopped
onion
, celery in it and cook well. :- No need to get fry.
Add
tomato
sauce,soy sauce, chiili sauce and 1 tbsp corn flour.
Add chicken stock and fried chicken in it and cook unlit
water
dries. :- You can add more
chilli powder
to make it hot.
:- Serve it with chapatti, parotta, fried rice.
