Boneless chicken
cut into small pieces

tbsp
Tomato
sauce
1
tbsp
Chilli sauce
1
tbsp
Soya sauce
1
tbsp
Vinegar
Salt
As reqd
5

Green chillies
4
nos
Onions
chopped, big
1
tbsp
Corn flour
2
nos
Eggs
1
tsp
Ajinomotto
Cooking
oil
(refined)
Instructions
Wash the chicken pieces and dry them.
Marinate the pieces with soya sauce, vinegar,
tomato
sauce, chilli sauce and enough
salt
.
Beat the eggs and pour them on the chicken pieces.
Add 1 tbsp of corn flour and mix it well with the whole mixture.
Allow it to stand for 2 - 3 hours.
Drain excess liquid and store in a container.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Fry the chicken pieces.
Keep the fried pieces in a separate container.
In the leftover
oil
, fry the
green chillies
and chopped onions slightly.
Pour the excess liquid stored earlier.
Stir continuously.
Add the chicken pieces.
Add 1/2 tbsp each of
tomato
sauce and chilly sauce.
Add a pinch of
salt
and ajinomotto.
Stir well.
:- Serve hot with rice, chappathis, etc.
