Chinese Chilli Chicken - Hot And Crispy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Boneless chicken cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt As reqd
  • 5 nos Green chillies
  • 4 nos Onions chopped, big
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 tsp Ajinomotto
  • Cooking oil (refined)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken pieces and dry them.
  • Marinate the pieces with soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and enough salt.
  • Beat the eggs and pour them on the chicken pieces.
  • Add 1 tbsp of corn flour and mix it well with the whole mixture.
  • Allow it to stand for 2 - 3 hours.
  • Drain excess liquid and store in a container.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the chicken pieces.
  • Keep the fried pieces in a separate container.
  • In the leftover oil, fry the green chillies and chopped onions slightly.
  • Pour the excess liquid stored earlier.
  • Stir continuously.
  • Add the chicken pieces.
  • Add 1/2 tbsp each of tomato sauce and chilly sauce.
  • Add a pinch of salt and ajinomotto.
  • Stir well.
  • :- Serve hot with rice, chappathis, etc.
