  • Paneer - 250 gm
  • Onion(cut into big pieces, large) - 1 no
  • Garlic pods(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
  • Green Bell Pepper(cut into big pieces, Capsicum) - 1 no
  • Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour dissolved in water -
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Cut paneer into cubes.
  2. Lightly fry them in oil till they reach a light brown colour.
  3. Drain them into a paper towel.
  4. Heat some oil (about 2 tbsp) in a skillet.
  5. Add onion, garlic, green chillies and bell pepper.
  6. Fry until onion become transparent (it should be lightly crunchy).
  7. Add the sauces.
  8. Mix well for 2 mins.
  9. Add the corn flour mix followed by the fried paneer pieces and mix well.
  10. Cover and cook for about 5 mins, stirring in between.
  11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  12. :- No need to add salt as soy sauce is salty. If you feel the dish needs more salt, you can add a little bit salt according to your taste.
