Ingredients

Prawns

Garlic
chopped

tsp
Ginger
chopped

Onion
chopped

tsp
Soya sauce
1
cup
Veg stock
2
tsp
Pepper powder
2
nos
Green chillies
chopped
1/2
tbsp
Maida
1
no
Egg
1
tbsp
Corn flour
1/2
cup
Water
Sugar
A pinch
Salt
As reqd
1/4
tsp
Red colour
Oil
to deep fry
Spring onion
(chopped) for garnishing
Instructions
Marinate the
prawns
with
salt
and pepper and keep it aside for atleast 1/2 an hour.
Beat
egg
in a bowl.
Mix maida with
egg
.
Pour
egg
-maida mixture over the marinated
prawns
and mix well.
Deep fry
prawns
till golden brown and keep it aside.
Heat
oil
in a wok.
Add chopped
onion
,
garlic
,
ginger
,
green chillies
and saute.
Add soya sauce and veg stock.
Add
salt
to taste.
When the stock boils, add fried
prawns
.
Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup of
water
and add to the gravy.
Add
sugar
and red colour.
Add chopped
spring onion
.
:- Chilli
prawns
is ready to serve.
