Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs with 1 tbsp of pepper powder and salt.
  2. Using these 5 eggs, make two omlettes using refined oil.
  3. Cut the omlette into long stripes and then cut into small pieces.
  4. Prepare a batter using cornflour, maida, ginger-garlic paste, 3/4 tsp soya sauce and a little water.
  5. Mix the egg pieces with the batter.
  6. Take a pan and pour oil and fry the egg pieces. Keep the fried egg pieces aside.
  7. After frying, use the balance oil for remaining procedure. Saute garlic, green chillies and onions.
  8. When the color changes, add the fried egg pieces into it. Then add remaining soya sauce and tomato sauce. Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot
