  1. Wash and cook basmati rice till it is 80% done. Drain the rice and keep it aside.
  2. Steam cook chopped carrot and beans.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large chinese kadai and add chopped garlic.
  4. When garlic becomes golden brown, add cooked carrot and beans and saute for a while.
  5. Add cooked rice along with soya sauce, pepper powder, salt and ajinomoto.
  6. Mix it well and keep it in a low flame for 20 minutes.
  7. Add chopped spring onion and mix it again and remove from fire.
  8. :- If you want to make this a non veg fried rice, you can add scrambled egg(or you can add beaten egg to the cooked vegetables and scramble it) or cooked mince chicken / prawns (cook chicken/prawns by adding little salt, pepper powder and garam masala) or any other non veg according to your taste and creativity.
