Ingredients
  

  • Onion(sliced) : 2 medium
  • Carrot (sliced) : 2 nos
  • Cabbage (sliced) : ½ of a small cabbage
  • Cauliflower : ½ of a small
  • Garlic : 4 nos
  • Oil : 1 tsp
  • Sugar : ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper : 1 tsp
  • Lemon extract : ½ of a lemon
  • Soya sauce : 1tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil. Fry chopped garlic.
  • Add onion and carrots. Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add cabbage and cauliflower. Stir fry till half done.
  • Add lemon extract, pepper powder, soya sauce, salt and sugar.
  • Meanwhile mix corn flour with 1/4th cup of water, Add corn flour also. Cover with lid and cook till done.
  • Chinese Mix vegetable is ready.
