Ingredients
  • Mushroom(cut into halves) - 200 gm
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - ¼ tsp
  • Green chilies(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Garlic pods(finely chopped) - 6 nos
  • Spring onion green(finely chopped) - 1 cup
  • Oil - tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Sweet chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and green chillies. Stir for few seconds.
  2. Add mushrooms, salt and chilli powder. Stir for few minutes.
  3. Take 1 tbsp of water in a bowl. Add soy sauce and corn flour to it and mix well.
  4. Add 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce.
  5. Add the above mix to the pan and mix well.
  6. Add the green spring onion. Mix well.
