Instructions
  1. Clean mushrooms, pat it dry and cut it into big pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic. ginger and chopped green chillies and saute for a few seconds.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become soft and dry.
  4. Add red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and saute for 1 minute until capsicum becomes little soft.
  5. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, boiled rice and lime juice. Stir well.
  6. Add spring onion, salt and pepper powder. Stir well.
  7. :- Sauces can be increased or decreased according to individual preferences.
  8. Transfer the contentsto a plate.
  9. Garnish with spring onions.
  10. :- Serve hot.
