  • Garlic pods(cut into small pieces) - 4 nos
  • Red chillies(cut into small pieces) - 2 nos
  • Carrot(julienned) - 1 no
  • Capsicum(julienned, small) - 1 no
  • Beans(julienned) - 10 nos
  • Spring onion - 3 nos
  • or -
  • Onion(julienned, small) - 1 no
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Boil water and add noodles. Strain this after 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add garlic followed by red chillies and vegetables.
  4. Saute them and lower the flame when the vegetables are half cooked.
  5. Add soya sauce and cooked noodles.
  6. Mix well.
