Instructions
  1. Chop all the vegetables into fine pieces.
  2. Cook rice along with a tsp of salt and a few drops of oil. Drain and keep aside.
  3. Heat butter and oil in a nonstick wok.
  4. Add onion and fry, till it becomes soft.
  5. Add all the vegetables one at a time and saute, till they become soft.
  6. Add salt, pepper and ajinomotto.
  7. Add the rice and stir carefully on full heat.
  8. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions.
  9. :- Serve with any spicy side dish.
