  • Cook, peel and mash potatoes.
  • Add salt to it.
  • Chop carrots and beans into very fine pieces.
  • Chop cabbage too but very finely.
  • Add salt and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  • Squeeze out the excess water.
  • Meanwhile, chop capsicum finely.
  • Crumble the bread pieces.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil.
  • Add carrots and beans and fry them.
  • Then add cabbage, capsicum followed by Ajinomoto, crushed green chillies & salt to taste.
  • Stir fry & remove from heat.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Into the mashed potatoes, add the vegetable mixture & crumbled bread pieces and mix well.
  • Make lemon sized balls of the above mixture and shape them into 2-3 inch stick.
  • Fry them in hot oil.
  • Drain the excess oil on the tissue paper.
  • :-Serve hot with tomato/chilli sauce.
