  • Basmati rice(3/4th cooked) - 4 cups
  • Boneless Chicken(boiled and shredded) - 1/2 cup
  • Carrots(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • French beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage(inner leaves chopped into a little bigger pieces) - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tbsp) -
  • Onions(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Red pepper, Yellow pepper and Green pepper(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Spring onions for garnishing -
  • Oil(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Make a soup of all sauces in 1 cup of boiled chicken water. Keep it aside.
  2. :- You can use 2 cubes of Maggi chicken cubes dissolved in 1 cup of water.
  3. Fry the onions and gnger-garlic paste, until an aroma comes.
  4. Add the carrots and beans and fry.
  5. :- The color should not change.
  6. Add the rice and stir well.
  7. Add the soup on top of the rice and stir well.
  8. :- Make sure all these are being done on a high flame.
  9. When the water has almost evaporated, add cabbage.
  10. :- It does not take too much time to cook. Do not overcook.
  11. Add chopped peppers and stir 2-3 times only.
  12. :- The colour has to be retained.
  13. Garnish with spring onions.
