Chinese Style Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Basmati rice 3/4th cooked
  • 1/2 cup Boneless chicken boiled and shredded
  • 1/2 cup Carrots finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup French Beans chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage inner leaves chopped into a little bigger pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Red pepper, Yellow pepper and Green pepper chopped
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • Spring onions for garnishing
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Make a soup of all sauces in 1 cup of boiled chicken water. Keep it aside.
  • :- You can use 2 cubes of Maggi chicken cubes dissolved in 1 cup of water.
  • Fry the onions and gnger-garlic paste, until an aroma comes.
  • Add the carrots and beans and fry.
  • :- The color should not change.
  • Add the rice and stir well.
  • Add the soup on top of the rice and stir well.
  • :- Make sure all these are being done on a high flame.
  • When the water has almost evaporated, add cabbage.
  • :- It does not take too much time to cook. Do not overcook.
  • Add chopped peppers and stir 2-3 times only.
  • :- The colour has to be retained.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
