For preparing chilly fish in Indian Chinese style, first mix together red chilly powder, rice flour, maida, lemon juice and required salt in a bowl. Sprinkle little water and make a paste.
Marinate the fish cubes and coat the paste on the fish pieces nicely.
Keep the marinated fish pieces for 15 minutes.
Heat some olive oil in a hard bottomed pan and stir fry fish pieces until it is done.
Transfer the cooked fish pieces to a bowl.
In the same pan heat some more oil (it will give you more flavur of the cooked fish) and fry the diced onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and capsicum. Saute for a few minutes in low flame. Please do not burn the onion.
Season with soya sauce, fish sauce, pepper and required salt.
Sprinkle some water and add the cooked fish and chopped spring onions.
