1 cup Sugar2 1/2 cups Coconut1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder1/4 cup Light hot milk1/2 tbsp Vanilla essence2 tbsp Ghee5 nos BadamCoconut oil (As reqd) For preparing choco burfi, heat a pan and add coconut and sugar in it. Fry for a few minutes.Add coco powder which is mixed with 1/4 cup of milk to the above mixture and stir well.When the water content in coconut decreases and starts leaving the sides of the pan, add vanilla essence to it and remove from flame.Press it in a flat plate which is covered with some coconut oil, so that the mixture doesn¦t get stuck to the plate.Garnish with badam pieces on top of it.Choco burfi is ready.
