Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 150 g All purpose flour Maida
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 50 g Walnuts i uses cashew nuts, chopped

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chocolate brownie, first mix butter, sugar, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Heat on low heat till the butter melts and all the ingredients are well blended.
  • Switch off the heat and let it cool. Add rest of the ingredients: maida, beaten eggs and mix well.
  • Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!
