  • Butter - 100 g
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Cocoa Powder - 6 tbsp
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 150 g
  • Eggs - 2 nos
  • Walnuts(i uses cashew nuts, chopped) - 50 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing chocolate brownie, first mix butter, sugar, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Heat on low heat till the butter melts and all the ingredients are well blended.
  2. Switch off the heat and let it cool. Add rest of the ingredients: maida, beaten eggs and mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!
