Chocolate Cake - Eggless
Easy eggless chocolate cake......
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Melted unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice or vinegar
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Warm water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 deg F.
- In an un-greased pan, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Then add the butter, warm water, lemon juice and essence into the dry ingredients and mix it well using a fork.
- Bake it for 35 minutes.
- :- Remove it from the oven and place it on a wire rack to cool.
