  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 3/4 cup
  • Sugar(powdered) - 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter(room temperature) - 1 tbsp
  • Chocos cornflakes - 3 tbsp
For filling:
  • Cream cheese - 8 tbsp
  • Egg - 1 no
  • Semi(sweet chocolate chips – 1/2 cup) -
  • Sugar(powdered) - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing chocolate cake/muffins, first mix together the ingredients for filling : cream cheese, egg, chocolate chips, sugar and salt. Set this aside.
  2. Sieve together maida, cocoa, baking soda, sugar and salt. Add milk, vanilla, vinegar and butter. Mix well with an electric mixer.
  3. Now the 2 sets of mixtures are ready.
  4. Take a muffin cup and fill half the portion with cocoa mixture.
  5. Top with 1/2 tsp cream cheese filling. Repeat same procedure with remaining muffin cups.
  6. Bake the muffin tins in a preheated oven for 18 minutes at 350ª.
  7. Chocolate cake/muffins, a yummy as well as tasty cake, is ready. Serve with chocos cornflakes on top.
