Chocolate Chips Ice Cream

Tasty ice cream - Chocolate Chips Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 litre Full cream milk
  • 1 1/2 cup Thick cream
  • 325 g Sugar
  • 2 nos Plain chocolate slab cut into chips
  • Chocolate sauce As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chocolate chips ice cream, bring the milk to boil. Add sugar & cook till it dissolves completely. 2)Remove from flame & keep aside to cool.
  • Add chocolate sauce to the cooled mixture, blend well & freeze.
  • When the ice cream is almost set, beat well, add chocolate chips & refreeze till well set.
