Chocolate Ganache

Ganache is a French term referring to a smooth mixture of chopped chocolate and heavy cream. This is a rich, dark chocolate topping or decoration that has lots of uses. It can be poured as a topping for any types of cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Dark chocolate
  • 200 gm Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add cream whisk it well
  • Now chop all dark chocolate and keep aside
  • Now heat fresh cream in bowl when it boil turn off and add chocolate
  • Mix well and add tsp of oil and mix well
  • Now its ready to frosting for cake with glazing colour
  • One of my cake with chocolate frosting
