Cholam Sadham ( Sorghum Millet)

in olden day our people use to have this rice every day. but now its not in menu. this is healthy and good

Ingredients
  

  • Sorghum millet broken - 1 cup, cholam
  • Sorghum millet powder - 1/4 cup
  • 4 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In heavy bottom vessel ad water and bring to boil and add broke millet .
  • cook for 10 mins close lid
  • Add Sorghum millet powder and cook for 10 mins again in low flame . turn off
  • Serve with and curry or gravy. cholam sadham is ready.
