Drain out the water and lightly press it by hand.3) Pressure cook the sago for 2 whisltes.4) Strain water and keep this aside.5) Boil 3 cups of water, add sugar and boil for minutes. Let it reduce the quantity.
In a kadai, add the sugar caramalized water. Add the sago in it . let it cook until the water is not seen on top.
Add ghee in between. Stir well.8) Add the mixed nut and ghee.
when this mixture does not stick in pan, remove and serve hot.
