Chinese chowmein

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Chow noodles
  • 1 no Onion shredded
  • 1 no Capsicum shredded
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 no Carrot shredded
  • 1/4 tsp Ajinomotto optional
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 7 nos Garlic pods chopped
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Boil the noodles and strain.
  • Wash the noodles in cold water and strain again.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add onion and stir fry.
  • Add carrot followed by capsicum, cabbage and garlic.
  • Add salt, pepper, sugar and ajinomotto.
  • Add the noodles, chilli sauce and vinegar.
  • Mix cornflour with soya sauce and add to the noodles.
  • :- Serve hot.
