Make chutny with coconut, ginger, garlic, green chilli,fennel seeds and coriander leaves.....( u can add some water while grinding... Make it fine paste)In a pressure cooker add ghee and oil.... Add cashews.... Then add 1 thinly sliced onion... Saute till light brown.... Add chutny and saute for some time.... Add chopped vegetables( carrot, beans, peas, potato, tomato) mix it.... Add soaked and drained basmati rice and mix every thing well..... Pour 4 cups of water, add some lemon juice .... When water begins to boil close the lid.... After 1 whistle switch of the flame ....open after some time....
