Instructions
  1. For preparing chutney topped fish, clean fish and make lines on the fish.
  2. Grind curry leaves, half of green chillies, turmeric and little oil.
  3. Marinate the fish in it and keep aside.
  4. Shallow fry the fish in oil.
  5. Grind garlic, half of chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice and coconut. Keep this aside.
  6. Coat the fried fish with the chutney paste. Cover in banana leaves and cook it in steamer for 30 minutes.
  7. Chutney topped fish is ready.
