Cocoa Cake
Tasty cocoa cake wih out butter
Ingredients
- 200 ml Sauer Cream
- or
- 200 ml Yogurt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut dry
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 3 nos Egg
- 3 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Keep the cream/yogurt tin and make it the measuring cup.
- Mix well all the ingredients together using a hand mixer.
- Pre heat the oven and keep the mixture in a baking form in the oven.
- Heat: 180ªC Time: 40-50 mins
