Instructions
  1. For preparing cocoa cake, first sieve flour, baking powder & baking soda. Keep this aside.
  2. Whisk eggs. Add butter & sugar. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Mix cocoa powder & milk.
  4. Add flour mix and milk solution alternatively and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add vanilla essence, salt & vegetable oil.
  6. Divide the mix in 2 pans(9 inch) and bake for 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
  7. Method for frosting: 1)Mix butter & shortening thoroughly.
  8. Add the remaining ingredients & beat thoroughly.
  9. Apply on cake using a cake spatula.
  10. Decorate with Nutella hazelnut spread.
