Coconut Burfi is one of the simplest sweet recipe for any festive occasion. Here I prepare it with fresh grated coconut,,milk,sugar,milk powder, and flavoured with cardamom powder.This can be stored in refrigerator for upto a week.
Cook it till the whole mix starts to come together and form a thick mass.
Now grease a plate/dish with ghee and spread the hot coconut Burfi mixture with a spatula while flattering it on the surface.Garnish with chopped nuts and raisins.place it to set in the refrigerator for 30 minites .
Cut the coconut Burfi into desired shapes and enjoy.
