Roasted
coconut
pieces are ground with other ingredients to make a yummy side dish

Jeerakam

Turmeric powder

Green chillies

Curry leaves
A few

Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
coconut
chips chutney, scoop the
coconut
out of the shell and slice into very thin slices.
Heat
oil
in a pan. Put in the
coconut
chips. Stir and fry till golden brown. Stir on medium heat. Keep it aside to cool.
Grind coarsely
coconut
chips, small onions,
ginger
,
cumin seeds
,
turmeric powder
,
green chillies
,
curry leaves
and
salt
.
Coconut
chips chutney is ready. Serve with rice as a side dish.
