Curry leaves
chutney is one of the tasty and healthy chutney prepared as a side dish for idli, dosa etc. The flavour and aroma of this chutney is out of the world.

bengal gram

green chilies

curry leaves
/kadi patta

Instructions
Wash and rinse the
curry leaves
and dry them on a kitchen towel. Heat
oil
in a small pan. add the
curry leaves
and fry till they become crisp.
Grind the fried
curry leaves
with grated
coconut
, grated
ginger
, green chilies, roasted chana dal/dalia and
salt
.
Serve

Chutney with channa dal vada, idli, dosa, medu vada or uttapam.
