Coconut Egg Curry is a very popular dish in kerala.here people eat Egg curry fot breakfast.It is a very easy and tasty curry,you need one pan and then you just have to add the ingredients at the right time.

Instructions
  1. Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add shallots in it.
  3. When shallots turn in golden brown in colour add green chilly
  4. Grind grated coconut with cumin seed and 1 shallots tobget a smooth paste.add chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt in to the ground coconut and mix well.
  5. Pour the coconut mixture into it
  6. Add curry leaves and let it boil.
  7. When it starts boil add eggs
  8. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes in low flame.
  9. Coconut egg curry is ready to serve,serve it with pathiri.
