Instructions
  1. Crack open the egg in a bowl and add chopped onion and green chilly.
  2. Add grated coconut and salt
  3. Whip well
  4. Heat pan to medium heat. Add oil and when hot, pour the egg mixture,cook for 2 minutes.Flip over and cook on both the sides till brown and cooked
