Put the sugar in a pan and let it melt. (Do not burn). Pour it on your baking pan and spread all over.
2)Heat the milk and condensed milk. Do not boil.
Put the eggs in a bowl and pour the milk. Keep on stirring and then add the coconutmilk.
Strain the mixture so you will have a smooth texture. Then pour it in your baking pan.ß
Then steam in the oven or steamer for 40 minutes or you can verify by inserting a toothpick or a knife.
Let it cool and place it on the fridge.
Turn over to a serving plate and decorate with coconut strips. Pour hot water halfway up the sides of the bake pan. Bake in a 325ªF oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
