Variety marinade for prawns and pan grilled in kerala style
Ingredients
- 250 g Prawns
- 5 nos Shallots kunjulli
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- 4 nos Red dry chillies
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
