Instructions
  1. For preparing coconut macaroons recipe, first bring water to boil in a flat bottomed pan and reduce heat to low.
  2. Add jaggery and let it dissolve. Once melted, strain the syrup to remove impurities and then place back on low heat for 5-6 mins and let the syrup thicken.
  3. Add the grated coconut and cardamom powder and let the mixture thicken. While still warm, make small ball-shaped macaroons.
  4. The coconut macaroons/coconut laddoos/narikel naru recipe will harden when cooled. Enjoy!
