Instructions
  1. Boil corn, till tender.
  2. Cut into thick slices with a very sharp knife.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add curry leaves and fry for a minute.
  5. Add grated tomato and salt and cook on a medium heat, till thick.
  6. Mix together coconut milk and gram flour.
  7. Add it to the tomato mixture along with corn, coriander and green chillies.
  8. Cook on a medium heat, till thick.
  9. :- Serve hot or cold as a side dish.
