Instructions
  1. For preparing coconut milk fish curry, cook the fish fillets with coconut milk and a little salt water till the fish becomes tender.
  2. In a pan heat the oil, add the curry leaves and the flaked dry chillies.
  3. Then add in cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.
  4. Toss it into the fish curry and mix well.
  5. Coconut milk fish curry is ready. Serve hot with bread, puloa, etc.
