Quick pachadi to accompany rice

Beaten curd/Yoghurt
1

Ginger
2
nos
Green chillies
1
cup
Grated
coconut
Oil
for seasoning
Salt
As reqd
1
tsp
Mustard seeds
1
no
Red chilly
1
tsp
Black gram
Uzhunnuparippu
Curry leaves
A few
Instructions
Grind
coconut
,
green chillies
and
ginger
into a paste.
Mix the above paste with the beaten yoghurt.
Add
salt
and mix well.
Season with
mustard seeds
, urad dal,
red chillies
and
curry leaves
.
:- This is a good accompaniment for any curry made without
tamarind
(kootu variety).
:- This pachadi is also tasty just eaten with plain rice.
