Instructions
  1. Grind coconut, green chillies and ginger into a paste.
  2. Mix the above paste with the beaten yoghurt.
  3. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Season with mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies and curry leaves.
  5. :- This is a good accompaniment for any curry made without tamarind(kootu variety).
  6. :- This pachadi is also tasty just eaten with plain rice.
