2 cups Beaten curd/Yoghurt1 inch Ginger2 nos Green chillies1 cup Grated coconutOil for seasoningSalt (As reqd)1 tsp Mustard seeds1 no Red chilly1 tsp Black gram (Uzhunnuparippu)Curry leaves (A few) Grind coconut, green chillies and ginger into a paste.
