Instructions
  1. in a bowl add water salt and maida and make as dough
  2. grate the coconut, make sugar and cardamom as powder
  3. in a pan add coconut and fry it till it turn into slight brown
  4. now add sugar powder and cardamom powder and mix well
  5. from maida dough take small ball and roll it
  6. stuff the coconut mix and cover it
  7. roll the stffed maida as small size
  8. heat the tawa boil the stuff maida both the side by applying oil
  9. now coconut poli / thengai opputtu is ready
