Coconut Rice

• 1 cup Long grain Rice washed and drained
• 1/2 coconut Coconut grated
• 2 tbsp Sesame seeds dry roasted and ground, Ellu
• 2 nos Green chillies chopped fine
• 1 tbsp Cashew nuts broken

For tempering:

• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 no Dry red chilly split into two
• 1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder Kayam
• 1 tsp Bengal gram dal Kadala parippu
• 1 tsp Black gram dal Uzhunnu parippu
• 1 sprig Curry leaves
• Ghee and oil for cooking
